Our Board of Directors is delighted to launch a refresh of our trust strategic plan. This plan builds on the successes of the trust’s Strategic Plan 2020-2023, which looked at the key areas of development in 2020 and strengthened the organisations foundations needed for the trust to flourish.

While we must continue to develop these areas, the new plan focuses on what we can do to ensure the flourishing of all stakeholders, and sets out clear and measurable objectives for the current year. The action plans, priorities, and performance indicators will be reviewed and updated each year to ensure our leaders always have a vision for at least the next three years that aligns to the changing educational landscape, locally and nationally.
