We believe the strength of education in our schools comes from the people who make it happen every day. Whatever our role, every single person in our trust contributes to our shared purpose: providing safe spaces where everyone is inspired to learn, achieve, contribute, and thrive in life.

That’s why we were proud to launch our new Trust People Strategy at our trust conference earlier this year. It sets out seven powerful areas of focus (the petals) and clearly shows the steps we will take next — as well as how we will measure the difference we make together.
