We are delighted to announce that Aimée Tinkler, Head of Education, has been appointed as the new President of the Chartered College of Teaching. The Chartered College of Teaching is the professional body for teachers. They are dedicated to bridging the gap between practice and research and are working to empower a knowledgeable and respected teaching profession through membership and accreditation. Ultimately, they aim to equip teachers with the knowledge and confidence to make the best decisions for their pupils. 

In the words of the Chartered College of Teaching, “it is more important than ever that teachers are celebrated for their expertise and professionalism and that teachers have the opportunity to have their voice heard through consultations, surveys and roundtables.”  Aimée is an extremely hard working and committed individual, both inside and outside of education, and we are proud to be able to support her with this work.
