The Diocese of Coventry Multi Academy Trust would like to add our deep condolences to the wife and family of Colin Parker, who suddenly passed away on Saturday 24^th October, to those expressed by the King Edward VI Foundation where he worked and the governors of St Oswald’s Church of England Academy where he had served as a governor and more recently as Chair of Governors. We are shocked and saddened by the loss of such a compassionate, wise and humble man. Colin was deeply committed to the welfare of the children and families at St Oswald’s and to the wellbeing of the staff at the school. His experienced and inciteful approach contributed so much to that community and to the Trust over the years. He has been a pleasure to work with and will be sorely missed as a friend and as a colleague.
