Would you like to make a real impact on the lives of 4,500 children in 19 church schools? Following a round of trustee recruitment we have refreshed our skills audit and are particularly looking for people who can demonstrate the following:

 

• An awareness of national education policy (e.g. school funding, curriculum, teaching and learning)
• Knowledge and experience of the community served by the Trust
• Knowledge of the elements that make up a broad and balanced curriculum
• Understanding of how the financial efficiency of schools is measured and compared to similar schools
• Skills in marketing and promotions

Trustees would also like to build more diversity into the Board so expressions of interest from minority groups would be welcomed.
